Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Job Responsibilities
Run on average 3-6 maintenance and/or service calls daily
Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs
Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development
Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Pay and Benefits
Pay: Potential earnings $60,000 - $150,000/annually (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)
No on call – work life balance is a priority

Requirements:
2+ years experience of Residential HVAC Service
EPA certified but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style
Willingness to work in a team environment
