Key Qualifications:
Master's degree (earned)
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior enrollment management role
Expertise in recruitment and retention strategies, especially for adult and non-traditional students
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
Adept at social media messaging and managing departmental budgets
Demonstrated success in growing enrollments through innovative programs and modalities
