This position is crucial to the thriving success of our retail stores. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. Resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction is a key aspect of this role, along with keeping yourself informed about the latest product features and maintaining the store's high-quality visual standards.
In this role, you will engage with customers, which may include minors, and handle cash and various payment methods. Our commitment to safety necessitates a review of criminal history to protect our customers, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Those selected for this position will be required to work at stores within a 30-mile radius of store # 705788, located at: 276 Falmouth Road Unit 1, Hyannis MA 02601.

Build trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to policies and procedures. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work orders and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as required. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Restock shelves and set up merchandise displays. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment. Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries as needed. Maintain an organized and attractive presentation of assigned areas. Stay informed about product offerings and options. Follow inventory control procedures. Propose ways to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is preferred. Experience selling paint and related products is advantageous. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus. Ability to communicate in more than one language is valued. Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is an asset.
