About the Role
The Company is actively looking for a Vice President, Branch Manager to play a pivotal role in empowering financial advisors. In this leadership position, you will oversee the profitability across multiple branches while adopting a comprehensive understanding of the W2 advisor model. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with advisors to design and execute effective business growth strategies, nurturing high levels of advisor retention and satisfaction, and facilitating the recruitment and transition of new teams. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 7 years' branch experience, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant financial services licenses.
