The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Digital Support Experience Design to drive transformational and strategic operational initiatives within our Services organization. In this crucial role, you will be a thought leader and problem solver, committed to enhancing digital support journeys and optimizing client experiences. Your focus will involve identifying and executing pivotal transformational initiatives, diagnosing operational pain points, and deploying frameworks that foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
As the VP, you will:
Lead cross-functional initiatives with a keen eye on aligning data-driven insights and strategies with our organization’s goals.
Implement iterative improvements in digital support journeys to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with teams across the company to champion a world-class client experience.
Utilize your expertise in process improvement, lean six sigma, and user experience research to drive excellence in customer service operations.
This role demands a proactive self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments and is client-focused. Ideal candidates will have a background in financial services, digital transformation, or wealth management, preferably in roles related to customer service operations, compliance, or risk management.
