In this pivotal role, you will ensure investment guidelines, processes, and objectives align with our corporate goals and profitability targets. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing our investment portfolio, effectively communicating with investment managers, and providing strategic updates to our Board's Investment Committee. You will collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to enhance our company's leadership and ensure transparency in investment performance and risk management. To succeed in this role, applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree; a Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred, along with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, particularly in managing insurance portfolios. A CFA designation is a must. Ideal candidates will showcase extensive knowledge of investment practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to devise innovative solutions to complex problems. As the Head of Investment Strategy, you should be self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation capabilities. Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders across various business units will be essential.
