Job Title: Quality Control Inspector ? 1st Shift Pay Rate: $19?$23/hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday?Friday, 5:30 AM ? 2:00 PM (occasional Saturdays required) Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a respected manufacturing client in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and uphold quality standards throughout production
Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure compliance
Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality
Inspect and test raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods
Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
Identify and remove non-compliant products; provide corrective feedback
Accept or reject finished products and communicate results with the production team
Perform random quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting
Proficiency with measurement tools and understanding of quality standards
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must pass a tape measure proficiency test
