Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Consultant is essential in crafting high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across various roles. Collaborating closely with Human Resources and business leaders, this professional will implement innovative sourcing strategies, manage applicant pipelines effectively, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience, all while aligning recruitment efforts with the company's strategic goals and enhancing employer branding. Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned) Identify, recruit, pre-screen, evaluate, and present highly qualified candidates for open positions. Proactively establish diverse talent pipelines through job boards, ATS, social media, employee referrals, networking, and inventive sourcing approaches. Handle a high-volume requisition workload while achieving target time-to-fill and maintaining quality-of-hire metrics. Provide consistent updates to hiring managers regarding search progress, candidate status, and any hiring-related challenges. Gather and distribute pivotal hiring analytics, market data, and sourcing insights to shape recruitment strategies. Ensure that talent acquisition practices embody and promote diversity and inclusion goals. Design and implement effective recruiting campaigns, hiring plans, and employer branding initiatives. Conduct audits on candidate experiences and suggest enhancements to boost engagement and retention. Actively represent the organization at job fairs, college recruitment events, and networking activities. Maintain precise documentation and candidate records in the applicant tracking system and other relevant platforms. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or HR role with direct recruitment responsibilities. Proficient knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting metrics, and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional sourcing abilities, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM tools, and proficient Boolean search techniques. High emotional intelligence with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Project management and time management abilities to juggle multiple requisitions simultaneously. Experience with diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting strategies. Familiar with recruiting systems such as Paycom, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, and background check platforms. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities; skilled in utilizing data to drive decisions. Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach. Physical Requirements: Extended periods of sitting may be required. Frequent standing and walking are necessary. Travel requirements are less than 30-40% as needed by the business.
