This is a full-time position with a competitive starting pay ranging from $17.26 to $21.00 per hour, based on relevant experience.
As an essential member of our retail team, you will play a key role in the success of our stores. In this position, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer queries about Sherwin-Williams products, and provide the best solutions tailored to them. You will also be responsible for promptly resolving customer issues, ensuring maximum satisfaction and maintaining high product quality and visual standards in the store. In addition, you'll help the store achieve its sales goals through exemplary customer service.
This role involves interaction with customers, including minors, and requires access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. Therefore, a review of criminal history is necessary to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and the integrity of our operations.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels. Assist customers by assessing their needs and recommending appropriate products. Build trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with our policies. Achieve store sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain detailed work order files and formulas. Prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse as necessary. Mix and tint products to meet customer specifications when required. Restock shelves and create attractive product displays. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Support delivery operations as needed. Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing. Stay informed on offered products and available options. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Simplify ways to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements:
A minimum age of eighteen (18) years. Legal authorization to work in the country without needing visa sponsorship. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. If internal, a performance rating of at least meets expectations (3) is required. If internal, completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position is required. Preferred Qualifications:
A High School diploma or GED. One (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Experience in selling paint and related products. Previous experience with tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language is an advantage. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
