In this critical role, you will serve as an investment advisor for our OCIO clients, focusing on the analysis and oversight of pension and related liabilities. You will conduct both quantitative and qualitative valuations, performing vital risk analysis to support clients' needs. Your expertise in actuarial science and defined benefit plans will be invaluable in developing innovative liability-driven investing models and de-risking strategies. You will lead the assessment of liabilities, perform spending analysis, and utilize stochastic modeling across various client channels. Collaborating closely with senior investment strategists, you will design and monitor effective liability-based solutions tailored for institutional clients. We are looking for motivated individuals who possess an ASA designation or are in the process of obtaining one, along with strong knowledge of pension actuarial formulas and forecasting methods. Your experience with US defined benefit plan design, asset-liability management studies, and pension risk management is essential. Familiarity with UK and Canadian pension liabilities and actuarial modeling is a plus.
