About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Digital Transformation with a strong background in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital modernization solutions for defense or civilian-based operational missions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the identification and integration of capabilities to support large and technically complex opportunities. This role requires a proven track record in developing new opportunities and transitioning digital products and tools into existing government contracts. The VP will also be at the forefront of technology innovation, managing a team of senior domain experts, and providing expertise to customers across the federal government and international relations. To excel in this position, candidates must have over 15 years of specialized technical experience, with a focus on modern defense-based R&D initiatives, and be adept at managing complex technology transitions. A domain knowledge in digital engineering, artificial intelligence, and/or autonomous systems is essential. The role demands a leader with the ability to work collaboratively, oversee technology and integration strategies for large programs, and maintain strategic technology plans. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel are also required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with a Master's degree being preferred, and the candidate must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.
