Collaborating closely with a Director of Operations and an Area Clinical Director, the role of the Dental Practice Leader is to deliver exceptional customer service through actively engaged employees and to enhance overall operational effectiveness. Duties & Responsibilities: Foster an office environment that prioritizes patient care and outstanding customer service. Oversee and support front and back office staff to create a cohesive team. Assess and monitor office productivity and procedures to identify areas for operational improvement, patient retention, and profitability growth. Organize office operations and procedures, including bookkeeping, invoicing, cash control, payroll preparation, and other administrative tasks. Develop and implement office budgets, while managing the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment. Lead recruitment, retention, and termination processes of staff and collaborate with HR to address, investigate, and resolve employee issues. Process dental insurance claims and effectively communicate dental treatment plans to patients. Maintain a deep understanding of software systems to efficiently handle data for managerial reporting. Ensure adherence to all relevant dental regulations and create a safe work environment by complying with all health and safety laws. Location: Gentle Dental Tri Pointe 6373 East Tanque Verde Suite 100 Tucson, AZ 85715, USA Qualifications: 3+ years of leadership experience. Previous experience in dental or healthcare management is preferred but not required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
