Greenfiled Road, Bldg 2, ste 110, Mesa, AZ 85206 1468 N Litchfield Rd, Ste M1, Goodyear, AZ 85395 5422 W. Thunderbird, Suite 20 Glendale, AZ 85306 10210 W McDowell Rd #140, Avondale AZ 85392 Office Culture: Teamwork in the patients best interest Quality patient care with clinical autonomy based on best practices in the patients best interest Direct referrals from multiple general Dentists. Compensation: 33% of Collections Guaranteed compensation, $1600 for 90 days $150 start bonus Benefits Include: 401K with company match Malpractice CE Credits
