This role is crucial for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide answers to their questions regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Your responsibility will also include promptly addressing any customer concerns to maximize client satisfaction, while keeping yourself updated on product features and maintaining high visual standards of the store.
You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service while consistently meeting store sales objectives. This position involves direct interaction with customers, including minors, and entails handling cash and payment methods, electronic equipment, and store merchandise, sometimes without supervision. Due to these responsibilities, a review of criminal history is required to ensure the safety and security of our customers, staff, and the company’s reputation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and providing suitable products and services. Build trusting relationships with our wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Select products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves and create visually appealing displays. Clean store equipment as required. Assist with delivery truck loading/unloading when necessary. Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually presentable. Stay informed about products and discuss options with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Contribute ideas for improving sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Must be available to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service or retail position. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
