The Pantry Cook will be responsible for preparing and organizing ingredients for use in salads, appetizers and other cold dishes. The Pantry Cook will work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare dressings, sauces, and other condiments.
Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for salads and other cold dishes.
Plate and garnish dishes.
Manage inventory and restock pantry supplies.
Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven experience as a Pantry Cook or similar role.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing and preparing food.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
