In this role, you will define and execute long-term strategies that position the organization as a leader in a rapidly evolving market. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will align the division's vision with broader organizational goals and drive innovation and growth across sales, technology, product development, and advisor services. As a key representative of the division, you will engage at major events, cultivating relationships that enhance our value to advisors. The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of executive leadership experience in the investment advisory sector, with a solid grasp of FinTech trends, SEC regulations, and the independent advisor landscape. You will need exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills to inspire and unify diverse teams. A strategic thinker with a proven record of setting and executing a strategic vision, you will guide decision-making processes, improve advisor and client experiences, and navigate the organization through industry changes. Experience in scaling an RIA platform or wealth management business is highly advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced degree, or industry certifications such as CFP or CFA are desirable.
