As a Loan Officer Recruiter at CrossCountry Mortgage, you’ll play a key role in growing our nationwide team by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-performing Loan Officers. Loan Officers are the heart of our business—they help clients secure mortgages and drive company growth—and you’ll be the one building the talent pipeline that makes this possible. Compensation • Base Salary Range: $75,000 • Expected end-of-year earnings: $100,000 - 110,000 • Bonus potential: commissions • Paid Time Off • Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision) Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a pipeline of possible Loan Officers to grow the company • Use proactive sourcing strategies such as networking, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and industry events to build pipelines of qualified candidates • Prospecting daily to build relationships within the industry • Screen and evaluate candidate fit based on experience, culture, and motivation • Ensure a positive candidate experience: timely communication, transparency, and brand representation • Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness) and refine strategies accordingly • Promote CrossCountry Mortgage’s mission, values, and “why we’re #1” story throughout all interactions • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Partner with Marketing to develop recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives • Conduct market research on competitor compensation, trends, and recruiting strategies • Organize and represent CCM at recruiting events, job fairs, and mortgage industry networking opportunities • Contribute to process improvements and mentoring within the recruitment team Qualifications: • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in mortgage lending, financial services, or sales-oriented roles • Demonstrated success in recruiting high-performing professionals, with a strong candidate sourcing toolkit • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative and relationship-building approach • Results-oriented mindset with proficiency in tracking recruiting metrics and analytics • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative work culture • Bonus: experience recruiting Loan Officers or background in the mortgage industry Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 OTE
