A Real Estate Administrative Assistant is needed to support a top-ranking Realtor in the Chester County, PA area. With the help of this individual, the agent will be able to focus more on selling real estate and less on back-end administrative tasks. Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Stipend benefits available • Bonuses are considered after 60 days • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Manage in-the-field tasks, including delivering lockboxes, signage, and marketing materials. • Screen phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence. • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and tracking important dates like birthdays and home anniversaries. • Support marketing efforts by executing the 48-point touch plan through emails, newsletters, and follow-ups. • Create and schedule engaging content on social media to grow brand awareness. • Prepare marketing materials for listings, open houses, and events. • Schedule meetings, showings, and client appointments while managing daily office operations. • Assist in planning and executing client appreciation events and community activities. Qualifications: • Outstanding organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and applications. • Effective communication skills — both written and verbal. • Able to work independently, while also supporting a team environment. • Previous administrative or real estate support experience preferred.
