- MUST be able to Travel, around Texas, TN, AL and FL ( must be open to Nationwide Travel) n

- Complete engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements from start to finish. n
- Develop clear project objectives by reviewing proposals, plans, and consulting with stakeholders and management. n
- Determine project responsibilities by: n
- Identifying project phases and deliverables. n
- Assigning personnel to tasks. n
- Evaluating bids from subcontractors and vendors. n
- Review product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to define project specifications. n
- Prepare technical studies and cost estimates . n
- Confirm product performance through design reviews, analysis, and field testing . n
- Establish and maintain project schedules by calculating time requirements and sequencing activities. n
- Monitor and maintain schedule progress by coordinating tasks and resolving field-level issues. n
- Control project execution by reviewing and adjusting designs, specifications, and work plans. n
- Manage project costs by approving expenditures and overseeing contractor performance and compliance. n
- Prepare regular project status reports with data analysis and actionable recommendations. n
- Enforce site safety and cleanliness in compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. n
- Maintain accurate digital project records and backups using internal software and database tools. n
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations , maintaining the company’s high-quality standards. n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project executives, project managers, general superintendents, and field supervisors) for smooth execution and knowledge transfer. n
- Contribute to broader company goals by supporting team initiatives and project success metrics. n

Requirements
nEducation & Experience Requirements: n
- n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering , Mechanical/Electrical Engineering , Construction Management , or a related discipline (required) n
- 2–5+ years of utility-scale solar , renewables , or power project experience n
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus n
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) n
- Experience with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project n
- OSHA 10/30 certification n
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 100% to project locations n
Qualifications / Skills:

- Requirements analysis and specification development n
- Strong design and CAD/CAM circuit design skills n
- Project and construction management expertise n
- Knowledge of construction means and methods , especially in solar or renewable energy n
- Ability to drive process improvement and ensure technical compliance n
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills n
- Familiarity with site safety protocols and OSHA regulations n
- Technical understanding of electrical/mechanical systems used in solar construction n
- Supervision of subcontractors and field staff in active project environments n
- Proficiency in CAD , AutoCAD , and project design tools n
