About Us

What You’ll Do

• Partner with managers on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing workplace concerns.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Coordinate training programs and facilitate sessions.
• Administer benefits and answer employee questions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HRIS records.
• Promote workplace health and safety initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
