Role Summary

The Human Resources Manager will serve as a Human Resources Business Partner with 5 years of increasing responsibility in HR leadership. The role thrives in a collaborative, customer-centric, team-oriented culture and supports operations and business leaders. It drives local HR capability through core HR programs and processes and partners with site leadership to develop managerial and supervisory capabilities. It facilitates all facets of the HR model at the local site level and provides insights to support business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge as an HR Partner to support a new or existing building and associates.
  • Work closely in partnership with the Site Director.
  • Work closely with the TA and Staffing Team to serve as a point of contact for seasonal staffing management for the site.
  • Serve as generalist in addition to significant HR processes, systems, and planning.
  • Facilitate continual education on company policies, processes, and programs to build organizational capability at site levels.
  • Help create and implement innovative HR solutions that drive transformation, change and growth and support strategic business objectives.
  • Gain credibility across the organization and with the senior management team.
  • Motivate and guide people through change and help navigate business issues as the business transitions to a more strategic, business-aligned HR model.
  • Facilitate HR Central utilization and employee interaction, reporting and investigation processes.
  • Provide hands-on tactical guidance with associates and management while building trust within fulfillment operations.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be an influential HR Business Partner with leadership capabilities across a diverse workforce at the distribution location.
  • Understand Radial’s global business objectives and provide appropriate HR expertise, processes, and programs to deliver results.
  • Capable of working in a matrix management environment with business leaders and HR peers.
  • 5 years of HR and business partner experience with generalist capacity interfacing, influencing, and training site leaders, managers, and associates.
  • Experience in HR Systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong business partner experience and proven influencing skills.
  • Highly consultative and capable of working with performance teams across fulfillment centers.
  • Strong executive presence and a track record of partnering with Senior Leadership while delivering results.
  • Displays personal commitment, action-orientation, and a high performance orientation.
  • Ability to think and act strategically while delivering operational excellence.
  • Flexibility and perseverance during peak holiday seasons.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Travel

  • This position is not remote.
  • Travel required 5%.
