About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Policy, Standards & Training for our Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) function. This crucial leadership position will oversee multiple integrated workstreams to ensure robust compliance with our financial crime risk management policies and standards. You will lead a cross-functional team focused on the continuous review and enhancement of GFCC policies, while also formulating and delivering a comprehensive global financial crime risk management training program. This initiative will cater to all levels—from Board members and Senior Executives to first and second lines of defense—across various international markets. In this role, you will actively engage with regulators, coordinate with key stakeholders, and cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, and ongoing improvement within the organization. If you are a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in financial crime risk management, including proven expertise in training management, content development, and regulatory response, we want to hear from you. Candidates should possess an established understanding of global regulatory expectations and FCRM best practices, alongside strong communication and influencing abilities. You will interact with senior executives and regulators, guiding program execution and strategic enhancements while supporting GFCC's response to audits, regulatory exams, and internal reviews. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree in a related field. Travel is expected to be less than 10% for this position.
