Porter Manager
Location:
Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Oak Lawn)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM or 8AM-6PM (+ 1 Saturday per month)
Pay:
$52,000 Annually
Prior Porter Manager or Managerial Experience, required.
Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and delegate tasks to the entire sales and service porter team
Monitor the performance of porters, providing feedback and guidance to maintain high standards of work
Ensure vehicle transportation, lot organization, and preparation of vehicles for delivery are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Assist with the physical transportation of vehicles within the dealership’s lot and service area
Ensure all vehicles are parked correctly, minimizing damage and optimizing the dealership's space for customer access and vehicle movement
Create and maintain daily schedules for the porter team, ensuring appropriate coverage for all responsibilities throughout the day
Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles
Ensure the dealership’s interior and exterior are always clean, organized, and presentable
Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of the showroom and customer areas, making sure the environment is welcoming and professional

Qualifications: Qualifications
Managerial experience, required. Porter Manager experience, preferred.
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record (3 year minimum)
Must be willing to submit a background screening
