Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Location: In-Office
Compensation: Up to $65,000 (based on experience)
We are looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team and provide outstanding support to our clients. This role is responsible for servicing personal lines policies, including home, auto, renters, and umbrella coverage. You’ll assist with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and renewal processing while ensuring an excellent client experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day service and support for personal lines clients Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and billing requests Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email Assist with claims reporting and follow-up as needed Ensure client retention through proactive and attentive service
Qualifications:
Must have experience working with captive insurance carriers (e.g., State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, etc.) Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverages Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment Active Property & Casualty license preferred
