Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

to oversee the quality systems at our NPHS Warehouse. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be instrumental in reviewing all customer threshold activity requests related to controlled substances while ensuring compliance with established standards. You will evaluate inbound requests for risk and escalate them according to our standard operating procedures. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Manager of Regulatory Management with data entry and documentation tasks, ensuring our threshold methodologies are consistently applied across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures at the Cardinal Health NPHS Warehouse. Authorize the approval and disposition of all raw materials, components, closures, APIs, and finished products. Review analytical results to support material release and document investigations as necessary. Organize documentation to meet procedural timelines. Act as the QA site lead for SAP material management activities. Identify and report quality and compliance issues to QA management promptly. Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient delivery of work. Assist in the qualification of new materials and represent QA when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience in quality assurance and/or warehouse operations is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
