About the Role
The company is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Growth Strategy and Operations to lead our commercial vision and drive strategic planning across our revenue functions. As a key player in defining and evolving our long-term growth strategy, you will align various teams to accelerate growth, enhance the customer journey, and operationalize innovative growth levers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading cross-functional initiatives that unlock revenue and reduce friction for our users.
Owning end-to-end sales operations and spearheading onboarding and training programs.
Managing a high-performing Revenue Operations team to provide valuable insights across the growth funnel.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 years' experience in growth strategy, commercial operations, enablement, or business consulting, ideally within the SaaS or EdTech industries. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in scaling growth systems and processes in fast-paced, multi-product environments.
The ideal candidate will be a strong operator who can fluidly transition between executive strategy, systems design, and team leadership. You should possess excellent communication skills that enable you to inspire and develop teams, unify cross-functional efforts, and ensure that field feedback significantly informs pricing, packaging, and product planning.
