This critical position within our sales organization aims to drive supply-side partnership development and scale programmatic demand. As a strategic leader, you will shape the programmatic revenue strategy and drive go-to-market initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: Defining and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions Cultivating and sustaining high-level relationships to foster strategic partnerships Leading a high-performing team dedicated to success Launching joint business plans that align with company goals Representing the company at industry events to elevate our presence The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SSP, marketplace, or supply-side sales, coupled with a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem. We are looking for a proven sales leader with: A track record of exceeding sales quotas Experience in leading teams to successful outcomes A passion for staying at the forefront of industry trends Strong skills in relationship building and securing high-value partnerships Experience navigating both HoldCo and independent agency environments This role requires a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a self-starter mindset.
