This leadership position is vital to inspiring and engaging our community in achieving our enrollment goals. You will develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to boost enrollment numbers and enhance student retention. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with university leaders on institutional planning, providing inspiring leadership in the admissions process, and fostering strong community and school partnerships. You will also supervise and train a dedicated admissions staff, innovate recruiting strategies, and ensure exceptional service delivery to prospective students. Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, sales, and recruitment, with preference given to candidates with experience in higher education admissions. We seek someone deeply committed to student success, with the ability to partner with financial aid to streamline admission processes. Key responsibilities include forecasting academic program needs, developing both short- and long-term recruitment and retention objectives, and actively participating as a member of the President's Cabinet and other university committees.
