About the Role
The university is on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Management. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the creation and execution of strategic enrollment initiatives aimed at achieving the institution's ambitious growth targets. Your responsibilities will include analyzing critical data, assessing market trends, and understanding demographic shifts to inform strategic decisions related to student recruitment, retention, and overall enrollment enhancement.
Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with various departments to ensure that enrollment strategies are in sync with both academic and financial objectives. We are seeking candidates with robust experience in higher education enrollment management, a comprehensive understanding of the enrollment landscape—including financial aid, admissions, and student success—and a solid background in data analysis and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, while a Ph.D. is preferred. If you are a visionary leader passionate about driving innovation and change in enrollment practices, we encourage you to apply!
