About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Compliance Executive and Head of Anti-Money Laundering to establish and lead our compliance function. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our organization’s adherence to regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of compliance and ethics. The ideal candidate is a business-savvy and solutions-oriented leader with a strong commitment to fostering integrity within our organization.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in securities compliance, preferably with SEC-registered investment advisers. Expertise with the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, alongside a background in start-ups, particularly in the realms of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech, is highly desirable.
We seek candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher and are ready to tackle the challenges of building and overseeing a robust compliance function. This role is not just about ensuring regulatory compliance; it is about shaping a culture of ethical conduct within our firm.
