Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to both wholesale and retail customers. In this position, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the best solutions to enhance their experience. You will be dedicated to resolving any concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction and contributing to our store's sales goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable products.
Building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Accurately processing sales transactions following company policies.
Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintaining organized work order files and formulas.
Retrieving and preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse, including tinting and mixing per customer specifications.
Organizing store displays and stocking shelves to maintain a presentable environment.
Loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary.
Staying informed about product offerings to effectively communicate options to customers.
Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements to sales processes.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
Experience selling paint and related products.
Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
