About the Role: As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating growth in the US market of one of the Peripheral Interventions Division's largest businesses. This role will focus on optimizing field sales support and communication, leading competitive intelligence and strategic blunting efforts, building relationships with key opinion leaders and customers, and executing commercial product and campaign launches in the U.S. market. This individual will be a key part of the Carotid Therapies marketing team and will be required to work collaboratively and closely with sales, training, market development, clinical, and broader marketing teams to enhance commercial impact and accelerate growth of the Transcarotid Arterial Revascularization (TCAR) therapy within Boston Scientific's Peripheral Interventions business. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Develop and execute the U.S. field sales communication plan and feedback loop, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams. Optimize field sales tools and support assets to drive commercial excellence and product adoption. Identify and execute targeted initiatives to educate and influence US carotid HCP's including vascular surgeons, interventionalists, neurosurgeons. Own the competitive intelligence and blunting strategy for BSC Carotid Therapies; monitor market trends and deliver strategic response plans, tools and resources. Create and implement competitive blunting strategies to mitigate threats and reinforce TCAR's value proposition. Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with physician Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across carotid interventions. Partner with KOLs to gather clinical insights, unmet needs, and feedback to inform product development, messaging, and positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, clinical, regulatory, and marketing to align on KOL strategy and execution. Lead the U.S. commercialization of new TCAR products, including pre-launch planning, launch execution, training, and post-launch optimization. Track KPIs, field feedback, and market trends to continuously refine tactics and improve impact. Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, strategic marketing, or sales-adjacent function. Strong communication & execution skills with the ability to take initiative. Entrepreneurial spirit that can be flexible and operate independently with little direction Experience building relationships with key customers and business stakeholders Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree. Strong leadership skills and the ability to articulate a launch plan and influence key stakeholders and organizational leaders A natural curiosity and a tendency to seek understanding and surface insights. Ability to challenge the status quo, think differently, and good instincts to predict future customer needs. Demonstrated success leading in a team environment, ability to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, commitment, and trust. Ability to work in fast-paced environment as an individual contributor and effectively in a team-based environment while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
