About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Director to spearhead our national advocacy efforts for individuals and families impacted by problem gambling. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to shape and implement our strategic plan while driving innovative business models for sustained growth and impact.
The successful candidate will:
Be a compelling spokesperson for the organization
Build and sustain strategic partnerships
Oversee the creation of impactful programs and resources
Address emerging issues and champion evidence-based practices
Ensure operational excellence and sound financial management
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 10 years of senior management experience
A deep understanding of behavioral health and nonprofit management
A proven track record in fundraising and mission-oriented revenue generation
Your role will involve close collaboration with the Board of Directors to establish a bold vision for the future, focusing on enhancing public awareness, collaboration, and trust. We’re looking for a leader with high emotional intelligence and a servant-leader approach, someone committed to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity.
