Join our client, a leader in the technology industry, as a Senior Construction Project Manager. This role is pivotal within the Land Development & Community team, overseeing large-scale civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail that aligns with the organizations standards.

San Antonio, TX (100% onsite) Pay Range:
$64 - $68/hour Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary on-site representative for the Land Development & Community team. Lead the site team to ensure project goals and safety standards are met. Assess and report on the General Contractor's performance in executing project scope. Monitor project milestones, schedule compliance, and budget utilization. Facilitate clear communication between client's stakeholders and external parties. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and resource allocation. Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
