This position is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Service.
Assists in the receiving, delivery, and storage of various materials following established standards.
Duties:
Receiving, inspecting, recording and logging materials into inventory system.
Checks invoices against shipments.
Contacts departments regarding shipments requiring special handling.
Sorts and forwards deliveries.
Delivers supplies and/or materials using university vehicles.
Accepts and signs for orders.
Prepares bills of lading and arranging for pickup of out-going shipments.
Maintains filing systems.
Assists with delivery of materials and moving/lifting of equipment.
Loads and/or unloads surplus equipment or furniture from incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepares bulk mailings and assists with ordering of materials.
Runs errands as needed.
Performs related duties as assigned to successfully fulfill the functions of the position.
