We are lookign for 3 Product Acceptance Specialists for our Aerospace client's Quality Team. This candidate will perform product conformance audits to design requirements for aerospace parts. They will inspect incoming parts, verify that certifications are correct for outgoing orders, check parts for processing, and check special orders. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented and experience in QA best practices. Tasks: Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance, and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action. Under limited supervision, inspects incoming parts/material, outgoing orders verify that certification is correct, checks parts for processing, check special orders, daily use of micrometers, gauge controls, calipers, indicators, etc. Provides mentorship throughout the Inspection team. Knowledge of AS9100 requirements Advanced GD&T Skills Optical Comparator, CMM, Layout, Vision Scope SystemsMinimum 2-4 years of related work experience, ideally within aerospace or similar industry Experience in QA inspection methods and procedures, including First Article Inspection Ability to analyze and interpret parts blueprints Experience in the usage of calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator, and Smart scope Required to pass documented color and near vision exam
