Responsibilities: Greet visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Work directly with the CEO on scheduling and managing their calendar to optimize time and resources. Provide comprehensive support to all executives, enhancing productivity and organization. Manage errands, including handling mail and checks, to ensure smooth daily operations. Answer phones and direct inquiries, maintaining effective communication channels. Essential Skills: Proven administrative support experience, particularly in office management. Strong calendar management skills, specifically in coordinating executive schedules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enhancing administrative efficiency. Front desk and customer service skills, providing a professional first point of contact. Additional Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years in roles such as office coordinator, office administrator, or office manager. Pay range: $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, EAP, and paid time off, subject to eligibility and change.
