Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Work directly with the CEO on scheduling and managing their calendar to optimize time and resources.
- Provide comprehensive support to all executives, enhancing productivity and organization.
- Manage errands, including handling mail and checks, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Answer phones and direct inquiries, maintaining effective communication channels.
Essential Skills:
- Proven administrative support experience, particularly in office management.
- Strong calendar management skills, specifically in coordinating executive schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enhancing administrative efficiency.
- Front desk and customer service skills, providing a professional first point of contact.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in roles such as office coordinator, office administrator, or office manager.
Pay range: $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
