As the Event Manager, your contribution will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences at established financial margins for your assigned events and support overall initiatives to ensure consistent guest satisfaction worldwide. Essential Job Duties & Functions

Plan and deliver on-site hospitality/logistics for 12+ events annually, ranging from 200 to 12,000 guests, starting from event launch up to a year in advance. Manage physical and digital tickets, including inventory checks, seat assignments, and distribution. Fulfill guest orders through processes like building Excel reports, generating shipping labels, collaborating with suppliers, quality assurance, packing, and documentation. Coordinate with the graphic design team to produce necessary assets such as credentials, signage, and large-format graphics. Manage scheduling and timelines for guests and staff across fulfillment, transportation, hotel check-ins, tours, and experiences. Select, negotiate, contract, and manage vendors and suppliers for services like transportation, staffing, and gifts. Set objectives and prioritize tasks to ensure successful event delivery and execution. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of team deliverables. Provide career development and coaching to team members. Lead 1+ direct reports. Manage portions of the event budget and hold the team accountable for budget management. Maximize budget utilization through negotiation and collaboration. Track expenses accurately and timely. Manage your on-site expenses and promote fiscal responsibility among team members. Collaborate with department leaders to understand sales projections and adjust budgets accordingly. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field. 4+ years of progressive experience in event planning and management. Experience with live/sporting events preferred. At least 1 year of experience leading people. Experience managing budgets of at least $150K USD. Proficient in computer skills including Excel, CRM software, and project management tools. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Highly adaptable and able to make decisions in changing situations. Bi/multilingual skills preferred. Physical Demands

Full-time, in-office based in Charlotte, NC. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Extensive walking and standing during events. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%, with targeted travel of 18-25%. Eligible to work in the United States.
