Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operations Technician! We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Technician to coordinate and perform essential warehouse tasks. In this dynamic role, you will manage daily operations including material planning, scheduling, inventory oversight, shipping and receiving, and equipment handling. Your efforts will be vital in ensuring the seamless transition of materials from receipt through storage and into production, all while adhering to engineering specifications and production schedules. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and manage material movement from receipt to production. Analyze engineering specifications and production schedules to determine raw material needs. Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and inventory planning. Maintain accurate inventory records, applying minimum and maximum level guidelines and updating inventory systems regularly. Conduct annual inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies to uphold accuracy. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other essential material handling equipment. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including inspection, logging, and organization of incoming and outgoing materials. Load and unload materials from vehicles and trucks efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Basic Qualifications: TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required. A high school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of relevant experience in materials planning, production scheduling, inventory control, or warehouse operations. Familiarity with materials management and inventory control principles. Experience with materials management systems or inventory software (e.g., ERP, MRP systems). Capability to interpret production schedules and engineering specifications to organize material flow. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to tackle issues that require discretion. Effective communication skills to facilitate coordination with various teams. Basic understanding of warehousing operations, material handling, and logistics. Preferred Qualifications: An Associate degree or technical certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field. Hands-on experience with MRP or ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Knowledge of raw material sourcing and planning based on engineering specifications. Familiarity with lean inventory practices or just-in-time (JIT) concepts. Experience in a manufacturing or production setting, collaborating within cross-functional teams. Able to analyze inventory trends and suggest improvements for efficiency. Forklift certification or experience with warehouse equipment is a plus. About Us:

The salary range for this position is $39,000.00 - $70,500.00. This pay range is a general guideline and may vary based on the responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
