Indirect Loan Processor Contract
Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30am5:30pm Compensation: $22 per hour Contract Length: 6 months Position Overview:
We are seeking an
Indirect Loan Processor
to support our credit union lending team. This position is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and processing auto loan applications received from dealerships to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely funding. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with dealership personnel and internal staff. Key Responsibilities: Review loan applications from dealerships for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with dealership staff to resolve missing or incorrect information. Identify and report discrepancies or potential fraud in loan documentation. Ensure compliance with credit union policies as well as state and federal regulations. Disburse loan funds to dealerships once all requirements are met. Provide reporting and updates to management regarding loan status. Assist with departmental tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in loan processing, banking, credit union, lending, escrow, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, or collections preferred. Strong clerical and administrative skills with close attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards. Additional Information:
This is a fully onsite position based in Sacramento, CA. The contract duration is six months, with the possibility of extension.
