With a key contractor rolling off, they are exclusively partnering with us to identify 34 top Scrum Master candidates for immediate interviews beginning next week. Role Summary

The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in driving Agile adoption and delivery success. This role is hands-on and requires a certified Scrum professional with proven coaching expertise. The selected candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. As a servant leader, the Scrum Master will remove impediments, foster collaboration, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum best practices Actively remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions to maintain sprint focus Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product backlogs, prioritize work, and ensure clear user stories Drive continuous improvement by leading retrospectives and implementing actionable changes Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to stakeholders Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align practices across teams Support Agile transformation initiatives and advocate for organizational change Required Qualifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification 35 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 2 years of Agile coaching Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and related practices (e.g., Kanban, SAFe) Demonstrated ability to guide teams in adopting and maturing Scrum practices Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL (preferred) or San Diego, CA with hybrid work availability Bi-lingual in Spanish strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications

Additional certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, ICF Coaching, etc.) Experience in large-scale Agile transformations (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) Background in change management or DevOps environments Why Apply
