Your Solution Partner. We're seeking a
detail-oriented Planner/Scheduler
to help keep our production running smoothly, on time, and aligned with customer expectations. If you thrive in a
fast-paced manufacturing environment
and enjoy working collaboratively across teams, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Plan production and release production orders to meet contractual delivery dates. Monitor material supply flow, identifying and addressing shortages or bottlenecks. Review MRP output to control production priorities and make scheduling adjustments. Distribute production schedules and coordinate with departments to ensure alignment. Maintain and update process documentation for production, work, and shipment schedules. Perform forward and backward scheduling as needed to meet demands. Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, and PMO teams to ensure a smooth workflow. Provide estimated ship dates and updates to Sales and operational teams. Participate in S&OP initiatives and cross-functional planning meetings.
What You Bring Strong
analytical and organizational skills
with great attention to detail. Knowledge of
production processes, capacity planning, and material flow . Ability to adapt and remain resourceful in a
dynamic, multicultural environment . Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments. Proficiency in
MS Excel and other database programs ; experience with MRP systems is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited university or college
- or minimum 8 years of
relevant
experience
in production planning/scheduling within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with
foundational experience or education in supply chain or manufacturing
who are motivated to grow into a pivotal position ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders.
