About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational performance of existing investments, executing annual business plans, and supporting the underwriting and closing process for new acquisitions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in multifamily asset management, exposure to underwriting, and investment analysis. Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 4 years' experience in real estate asset management, underwriting, or financial analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with affordable housing and private activity bonds is a plus.
