The Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, is searching for a visionary Deputy Executive Officer of Operations to play a pivotal role in one of California’s largest and most complex trial courts. As a key member of our senior management team, you will influence county-wide operations, foster collaboration with judicial leaders and community partners, and implement strategies that improve efficiency, innovation, and service delivery for the people of Riverside County. A common way to demonstrate the necessary education and experience required for success in this position is with Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, criminal justice, or a closely related field and five (5) years of related and increasingly responsible professional experience at a management level (preferably in a court environment). Influence county-wide operations as a key member of the senior management team. Foster collaboration with judicial leaders and community partners. Implement strategies that improve efficiency, innovation, and service delivery for Riverside County residents. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, criminal justice, or a closely related field. Five (5) years of related and increasingly responsible professional experience at a management level, preferably in a court environment. Compensation and Benefits
