About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a visionary and execution-focused leader, driving the strategic and operational performance of its health centers and ambulatory care sites. The COO will be responsible for leading the transformation of care delivery models, infrastructure modernization, and digital integration efforts to support value-based care and population health. This role requires a strong background in ambulatory or outpatient care operations, with a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, and a Master's degree in a related field. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational strategy, business model transformation, and infrastructure modernization, as well as expertise in healthcare regulatory requirements and accreditation processes.
Key responsibilities for the COO include operational strategy, transformation, and infrastructure, strategic and operational leadership, patient access and experience, performance and process improvement, people and culture, compliance and accreditation, financial oversight, and regulatory stewardship. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Federally Qualified Health Center model and its integration within broader healthcare systems, and experience in leveraging digital health, AI, and technology platforms to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes. The COO will be expected to champion a people-first approach, foster a culture of collaboration, and ensure that all operational areas are aligned with the company's mission and values.
