As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will help build deep talent pipelines and identify great candidates across the organization, focusing on Digital Marketing teams in Paid Media, SEO, Demand Generation and Programmatic. You are meticulous, creative, and innovative in helping us attract remarkable performance marketing talent while ensuring strong candidate and hiring manager experiences. You will be focused on creating a community of diverse marketers that exceed Directives objectives and collaborate effectively with teammates. You will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and work remotely. Roles And Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation within the performance marketing space Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit Build inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies across channels (passive sourcing, social media, networking, referrals) Provide strong communication and feedback to hiring managers on pipelines, progress, challenges and market conditions Lead and inspire the candidate experience; collaborate with internal interview teams to ensure a positive, values-aligned experience Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, establish requirements, and advise on best hiring practices Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs Meet or surpass key activity and performance metrics (e.g., Time to Fill in 30 days or less) Foster an inclusive hiring process with equal opportunities for all candidates Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity Manage 7-10 job requisitions at a time with urgency and purpose You'll Need To Have

3+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally with performance marketing agency experience Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, etc. Create unrivaled sourcing plans by role, level and location using databases, advanced Boolean searches, networking, market research, and other tools Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; ability to leverage technology to increase efficiency Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets Strong track record of filling high-volume roles from entry level to senior Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated, competitive and driven to achieve both personal and team objectives Ability to work independently and collaboratively Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries Benefits

Some roles may be available globally where we have established operations with required work authorization. The role may be 100% virtual from your home office with collaboration via Zoom and Slack.
