The Overnight Manager is responsible for the hotel's safety, security, and smooth operation including Rooms and F&B during the overnight shift. Responsibilities include management of the front desk team including night audit responsibilities and supervision of colleagues working on the overnight shift in other departments, ensuring all duties to be completed are done so successfully, efficiently, and fully. This person will also respond to guest and colleague emergencies, complete incident reports, monitor the hotel for unusual activity or potential issues, support customer service, support colleagues with guest incidents, manage crowds, and any other safety and security needs during the overnight shift. Duties may also include staff training and development, coaching and counseling, scheduling, and any other duties as assigned. The salary range for this position is $66,100 to $73,500 (commensurate with experience). Benefits available with this position include: Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance

Strong leadership skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Security experience preferred

Supervisory experience in the hospitality or service industries preferred

Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
