Assist in the creation, writing, editing, and formatting of technical and non-technical proposal content Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project managers to gather relevant proposal information Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and company standards Develop and maintain proposal templates, past performance summaries, and reusable content libraries Conduct research on federal agencies, contract opportunities, and competitors Support the development of graphics, charts, and other proposal visuals Track proposal progress and help manage timelines and deliverables Work independently and/or under general supervision. Contracts:

Assist in proposal preparation Assist with contract negotiations, review terms and conditions Administer contracts Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in support of pre- and post-award contractual opportunities Monitor contract performance (cost, schedule, performance) Coordinate with program management Contract close-outs Create and maintain professional interface with customers Perform various reporting

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Business, Political Science, or a related field 13 years of professional experience (internships or coursework related to writing, editing, or federal proposals a plus) Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Adobe InDesign, SharePoint, or proposal software is a plus Familiarity with federal procurement and contracting processes such as OASIS+, FEDSIM, Symphony, and GSA eBuy Experience working in a government contracting environment Familiarity with GSA schedules, IDIQs, and proposal lifecycle management Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) CLR and its subcontractors shall abide by the requirements of 41CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
