JO-2508-2714 Primary Function The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the Supply Chain team by assisting in project planning scheduling and execution. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations while contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Remote position Contract duration: 9/8/25 to 2/6/26 Pay rate: $40/hr. Duties & Responsibilities

Support project planning scheduling and coordination activities

Track project progress and update project documentation regularly

Assist in preparing reports presentations and meeting materials

Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment

Help identify and resolve project issues or delays

Maintain accurate project files and ensure data integrity

Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain team as needed

Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in a supply chain logistics or administrative support role

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet Asana or MS Project preferred

Basic knowledge of supply chain processes or project management methodologies preferred

Education & Experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Business or a related field

0–2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain logistics or administrative support
